BulgariCo is a company registration and trust services provider targeted at the foreign individuals and institutions that need vehicles to implement and hold their real estate and business investments in Bulgaria.

BulgariCo has been active since 2004. Initially it was established to cater the real estate foreign investments. Following the introduction of very favourable tax rates and the Bulgarian accession to the European Union tax domicilation has become the main driver for our services.

We offer both new registrations and ready to use shelf-companies. Our companies are formed to be suitable for most of the common needs experienced by investors. If you, however, have special requirements such as watertight shareholder relations structuring or sophisticated risk and control arrangements, we may have to go back to the drawing board and come up with a bespoke solution to address your particular requirements.

The current company registration procedure in Bulgaria is very bureaucratic. We make our best and go as far as we can to bear all of the bureaucratic loads ourselves and to offer a seamless, convenient and prompt company registration service.
